Hello,

Does anyone know how long it takes a refund to process after cancelling their contract?

I can see that on my account I am due for a refund on my next DD date 6-Jul-22, but I've heard that people have not received this on their DD day? I'm being charged pro-rata bill from my new provider, so it would be great to be refunded on the day, as Sky have overcharged me last month for the service despite cancellation a month prior.

What is your recent experience of this?
