Extra charge

I have been charged 15 pounds because my "package changed in this billing period" - I am not sure what this means but I made no changes to my account or my contract and none of the explanations under "Understanding my Bills" have helped me.

@Weronika Where it says extra charges click on it has it should provide more detail plus there should be a why is this here line in blue what does that reveal

@SKY1992bf I did check that extra detail and that is where the quote in my post comes from - that explanation is still unclear to me. I will post a screenshot of the whole thing for reference.

@Weronika Can you post the same picture without the the dialogue box overlay as need to see what's underneath but it does look like a package change has occurred
