Hi there I can't afford my sky mobile bills and tv bills I have just lost my job and I'm so upset I don't have much money to live on at the moment the way all the bills r going up I'm behind with my gas and electric bill. I have spoke to the citizens advice about this they said contact your provider they might be amble to help you

In case you aren’t aware, you aren’t talking to Sky here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there will be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of your post on here.

With regards your bills, if you normally pay by Direct Debit and it fails on the normal due date, Sky will try again 10 calendar days later. If that also fails an automated process starts whereby your services start being restricted. Be aware that we’ve been told that Skys Customer Service agents can’t stop that automated process.
We’ve also been told Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or promises to pay.
