You haven't said what is happening @loverboi so have you tried rebooting the box at the mains then trying again to view your bill ?

If this doesn't work then you can use the MySky app on a mobile device or login to your online account at Sky.com to access it.

@caesarome @TechmanagerMal I contacted sky about it and was told to wait 72 hours but then received a text saying there is an issue 🙄🤔🤨😒😔😌

Hi/hello I can't check future billing on either sky q box the app or on line is it a technical fault to do with sky etc.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
