      <title>Returning sky Q box etc</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently cancelled sky q and have received a box and prepaid label. However on the letter I received &lt;STRONG&gt;it is only asking for the booster.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the prepaid label have information on what I am sending back and my name and account details?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The box I have received is for putting all the equipment in, Sky Q box, remote etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to wait for another letter asking for the other equipment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or should put all the equipment in this box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I have problems on returning stuff before and lots of others on the forum seem to be having the same issues, I need this clarifying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to send everything back as the barcode on the label will be scanned so that they will know it comes from you. One thing to do is when sending it off is to get and keep proof of posting as Unipart of handle returned items on behalf of Sky are sometimes not the quickest at scanning them in at their end which is why the proof of&amp;nbsp;posting is required incase you are contacted by Sky saying you are yet to return them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is they have only asked for the booster and nothing else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My concern is as that is all they have asked for, is the information ONLY for the booster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the label just corresponds with the booster and nothing else, they may ask for the other equipment later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just trying&amp;nbsp; to avoid issues later on as I have enough on my plate at the moment and won't be around much to try and sort it out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
