    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the 25th of April I contacted Sky to cancel several subscriptions on my Sky Package. This included:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;BT Sport&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Multiscreen&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky Cinema&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky Kids&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky Sports - Complete Pack&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky Sports HD&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only subscriptions I wanted to keep were Sky Signature, Sky HD and Sky Ultra HD (the latter is provided to me for free as a Sky VIP reward).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was informed that this change will take effect in 31 days (confirmed from Sky via e-mail and via the messages facility on the Sky portal).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Sky yesterday to inform them that although my future bills have removed Multiscreen and Sky Kids, the other subscriptions remain. Sky Customer service advised an error had been made and that they would correct the error and refund any additional days I have been charged for the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now received an e-mail today from Sky confirming I have subscribed to the following “fantastic offers” at an 18-month commitment:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky TV&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky Sports&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is going on??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Imran&lt;/P&gt;</description>
