      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I have just recently joined up with sky and I am expecting my engineer to come tomorrow the 31st of may and the 1st of June to install my sky box and broadband. I won't be disconnected from virgin media till the 9th of June and I'm wondering will sky charge me for disconnecting me from virgin on the day the engineer is here or will it be on the 14 day bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky has nothing to do with the Virgin 'disconnection' (which typically just means the Virgin service(s) stop running): the Virgin cabling remains at the address but their billing ceases.&amp;nbsp; Unlike most ISP switches, incoming ISPs using Openreach infrastructure don't even inform Virgin that they are 'taking over' provision at the address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was told my installation fee is free from a sky advisor but was wondering does all the set up with sky tv and broadband be charged on my first bill 14 days after the activation or the day it's been set up. I was looking at this up and got confused.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
