Hello.

my bill was due yesterday. I have paid half. And I get paid in 2 days so will pay the outstanding. I keep getting the alert when watching tv, does anyone know if they will cut it off for being 1 day in arrears? Just keep forgetting to change payment due date to be in line with my new payday so is my own fault.

@karenj58
If you normally pay by Direct Debit and it fails on the normal due date, Sky will try again 10 calendar days later. If that also fails an automated process starts whereby your services start being restricted. Be aware that we’ve been told that Skys Customer Service agents can’t stop that automated process.
We’ve also been told Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or promises to pay.

No I don't pay via direct debit. I pay manually. However I have just set it up to pay via direct debit. I'm just hoping they don't cut off within 2 days.
