&lt;P&gt;In case you aren’t aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers. Sky won’t automatically contact you as the result of your post on here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment fails Sky will try again 10 calendar days later. If that also fails a process starts whereby your services start being restricted. Be aware that we’ve been told that &lt;STRONG&gt;Skys Customer Service agents can’t stop that automated process.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We’ve also been told Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or promises to pay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You don't need to wait for a new card to setup a direct debit as the money is taken directly from your bank account as the card plays no part in it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That doesn't make much sense, did your bank say how long your account was going to be restriced because if this payment fails then Sky will try again in 10 days time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
