    <description>&lt;P&gt;I rang in January to give me notice to cancel by broadband with sky as I got a much better deal with talk talk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked on my app and I do not have broadband or talk - only the TV package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Admittedly I am a bit rubbish with checking my banking but I am still being charged £43.99 for Feb, March, April and May - EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT PART OF MY PACKAGE!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been on hold for 20 mins now to speak to someone. How can I be charged (and it appear on my bill) but when I log in - I only have the option to add broadband to my package??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you receive an email from Sky confirming that the broadband had been cancelled as it might be that this wasn't done so I would call Sky and give them the date your phoned them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When giving notice to cancel anything with any company you do always need to check that this has been done and don't just think that it has been. Hopefully you will get this sorted so feel free to let us know how you got on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
