When I contact Sky they always thank me

for being a long term user. So instead of offering me VIP competitions why don't you just lower my monthly fee as a reward???

In case you weren’t aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers. There will be no contact from Sky as a result of your post on here.

Sky VIP has never offered discounts on subscriptions. Virtually all customers are VIP members to some degree and discounts are by negotiating only.

@JoJo100000 customers can usually negotiate a discount, regardless of their VIP status. You just have to pick up the phone and ask.

The VIP program has never been to do with discounts as you also have to remember that all regardless of how long they have been a customer are now enrolled in this. If you want a discount the you need to do what everyone else has to ad that is to phone and if they do offer you something that chances are it will come with a 18 month contract.
