Hello

When I brought the sky broadband I pit on direct debit and this month it did not pay for it because it failed but you guys did not tell me and added it on with an extra £10 now it's saying I have to pay £30.50 every month however I do not want it I want to stick to my normal contract please get this fixed or I will swith

You've been hit with a late payment fee. By the way you are not talking to Sky here. We are customers like you.

The annual price increase took place from April payments and for broadband that was a monthly increase of £2.50. You agreed to that in your terms and conditions.

If your payment failed Sky are within their rights to charge you a late payment fee which is normally £10.

I'm afraid it's your responsibility to make sure payment is made on time. It's not up to Sky to let you know if it fails.
