Second contract not on account

So I took a second contract out on my account however I can never access it ! Wen I go on my account it only brings up my other contract !!

If you took out a second contract at a different address then it would not be with your current Sky account as you would need to set up a new Sky ID to access it:

https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

You would need to use a different email address to the one you have used for your other one.
