Hello

I recieved an email to say I owed £89 so I made the payment and have just checked my account and I am in credit so I shoud not of made the payment.

Can this be cancelled asap as it is still showing as a pending transaction on my acount therefore you havent taken the money

Are you happy that the email was from Sky? Did you make the additional payment by clicking on a link within the email?

Give Sky a call you will proccess the refund. once the payment has been taken as they can refund the credit.

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
