Unexpected Bill Increase

Hi,

I've just noticed April's payment is now £46.50 compared to £43 last month, and I haven't been in my current contract all that long. I haven't received any notifications behind this sudden increase so would like to know why this is happening and why I wasn't notified in advance.

There was a price rise on 1st April for everyone which might be what this is, are your future bills also showing they will be £46.50 because if so then that is what this is.

@Shane1503 It'll be the annual price increase which affects everyone, you should have received a letter/email(check spam/junk folders) between February 16th and March 25th

Yes they re showing the increase going forward, normally I get notified of any increases but not this time

If you weren't sent an email about this increase then you should have received it by letter.

Same here no notification , typical laziness of sky , cant wait for contract to end

Have you checked your email spam folder in case it landed there? Annual price increases happen (not surprisingly) each April in the UK.
