I have recently started a new job and have now gone from weekly pay to monthly. Please can I pay my bill at the end of the month

@Scottmike you would need to speak to sky. If you pay via direct debit sky will try to take payment again 10 days after the first failed attempt. If this fails restrictions begin. This is an automatic process.

@Scottmike You are not talking to Sky via the forum, we are all customers here, you can amend your payment day online assuming that your current payent isn't already due.

If payment is due Sky will attempt a DD on the normal date, if this fail then Sky will try again 10 days later, if this also fails your services will be restiicted. Sky won't keep them on on the back of a promise of a paym,ent, nor can any adviser override the automated system.
