      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so angry at being messed about by sky. I left Sky after over 20 years because I could not receive a signal and was talked&amp;nbsp; in to coming&amp;nbsp; back to sky with sky glass as no dish is needed. I signed up with the promise that sky would pay my early cancellation fees from BT. I have emailed that obnoxious so called back office department several times and receive the same reply each time which does not address my problem. I have provided screen shots of my bank statement showing the final payment to BT,&amp;nbsp; the final bill from BT with the breakdown of charges and proof that BT have received and processed my payment. This is all acceptable&amp;nbsp; according&amp;nbsp; to Sky's own help pages. They are refusing to pay the early cancellation charges because they are not in PDF form and it is not the full bank statement.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Firstly I do not have to send anyone my bank statement with all of my personal&amp;nbsp; and financial details on as this is against my data protection and secondly I am 70 years old with impaired sight and I don't know how to do a PDF . I have explained this to these horrible cold people in the back office and they just email me back the same email without regard to what I have said. I then phoned sky with a complaint about it and after getting shifted to another person they said they could understand my concerns and as a bank holiday was coming he would refund the money to me and phone me back on Tuesday 3rd May to do the refund while I was on the phone. Needless to say it is now the 6th of May and no phonecall from Sky and no refund. Sky you should be ashamed of yourselves for treating your customers this way. You can see by the number of complains on this forum how bad the situation is. If you don't do anything about this soon I will be reporting you to the financial services ombudsman and Ofcom.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I am aware that it is a customer forum and I am a sky customer. I had tried all ways of getting in touch with sky without success and I know that sky sometimes replies on the forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The offer&amp;nbsp; was made to me by the sky sales person who sold me sky glass and I have put my claim in and it has been accepted. They just keep saying they don't have the correct information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
