      <description>&lt;P&gt;As per the title... my broadband account was closed and it's currently £66 in credit. Do I need to do anything about it or is it resolved automatically? It was close about 2 weeks ago. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
