Early exit fee from BT

Hi,

I am trying to find out how to send details of my early exit fee with BT in order to get the refund from Sky that was promised when I signed up, I have paid the final bill and have proof of that and payment, but now no idea what to do next, I tried to call Sky but after being in a queue for nearly an hour I gave up trying to call
