If no broadband then a refund will be issued.

I have just received my Sky Glass today and the first bill covers 22nd April - 23rd May and will be taken out of my account on the 2nd May, however, the bill for my old Sky Q got taken out of my account today which also covers the same dates but the Sky Glass should have replaced the Sky Q bill as I don't want Sky Q and Sky glass for the same period. Will I get refunded?

You will get it refunded, this does happen when changing from Sky Q to Sky Glass so when the bill for Sky Q has been taken give Sky a call who you refund this within about 5 working days.
