In February I spoke to a sky member and he gave me a deal of £100 a month... how come being charged £119.50 a month..

@Elizabeth72 The 1st couple of bill tend to be higher however bill 3 should be correct as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills

I renewed in February and haven't been charged the correct price yet.. and when I check future bills it's showing 119.50, not £100, it's so frustrating how sky haven't got a live chat department either as it takes forever to call them up!

You are going to have to call Sky about this, if you have the date and time you called them then give them this so if needs be they can check the call you made.
