Future Bill Amount

Hi i have been with Sky and have sky q with multiroom. I have been on a discounted rate for years and used to phone every year to get a deal but have never had to phone in the last 5 or 6 year its just carried on. I now find the Bill is Increasing by £22.70 per month but i have had no notification could this just be a mistake.

You would have been notified of their end date when you first took them out but you don’t get reminders just prior to them ending. Compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If the discounts have ended you will need to call Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract, although Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount. If you sort something to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.

I don't think it is a mistake as it sounds like this discounted price you have been paying is now ending so you will now have to call, you have probably been fortunate that you haven't had to do this in the past.

@Numpty19 No n9t a mistake, you would have been told when you took out the discounts how long they last.

Sky won't tell you that they are ending, you will need to call to negotiate a new deal.

Have never been told of an end date and haven't spoken to sky for over 6 year so find it strange.

@Numpty19 Discounts are never for the lifetime of your services, they never have been so you've been lucky if you have not had to call before, however now you will.
