I cannot find anywhere on the Sky page where I can put the tracking number to prove I have sent it

@beach0830 Thats correct, you can't track it through Sky, you will just need to keep an eye on the Royal Mail tracker.

If you are being chased for the return or being charged for non return this can be reversed as you have proof of postage.

If none of the above are happening you will just need to be patient.

Thank you for speedy reply. Very helpful. The return was Tracked 48 has been in South Midlands MC since 30th March. Will await and be patient as you have mentioned. Thank you

If that's a Royal Mail depot, it doesn't sound right. I'd give Royal Mail a call to find out why it's stuck.
