    <description>&lt;P&gt;Extrememly frustrating time contacting Sky... 90 minutes to complete renewal. Trouble is, the price the guy gave didn't match what came thriough on a confirming email. Plus the next standing order is 100% higher than usual... I cant get through to Sky and there is no way of communicating... so I'm trying this "community" Anyone got any ideas of how to get hold of someone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
