    <description>&lt;P&gt;The letter explains all the equipment that Sky asks customers to send back, it doesn't mean that you will have everything on it so just send back the hub if that is all you have got.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am leaving Broadband and Telephone due to very poor download on broadband (7mbps) which does not support my internal cameras of my alarm system.&lt;BR /&gt;I have received a letter stating that I will need to return the Broadband Router and also the Sky Broadband Booster and they will send packaging for same. I have been trying to get in touch with someone because I do not have a Booster.&lt;BR /&gt;Just&amp;nbsp;wondering whether it is a standard letter or whether they think I do have a booster.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;is there anyone who might know?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
