Unaware of the monthly bill rising.

My bill has risen by 10 euro a month on the Sky Signature. I have not been contacted about this change in my bills by email or text. I was aware of the bill going up after the 6 month trial but nothing has been said about this rising of my bill.

Sounds like a discount expiring. There's no general price increase for ROI customers until later in the year.

If the 6 month trial has finished then you would be paying the list price for your package and as such Sky wouldn't usually inform you.

I tried calling them but it's just the robot talking and all they do is send me a text message to go to sky.com

Im not sure of the Sky Ireland customer service opening hours so try again tomorrow although Sky are not obliged to offer any discounts.
