DPD are attempting delivery to wrong address

I ordered 2 new iPhone 12 devices and they were due to be delivered on Tuesday. I waited in and nothing - I checked tracking and the delivery had been attempted, but the picture of where on their tracking app was not my address. I called DPD and they said it was a sky issue. They attempted delivery again today, but again at the same property as last time and the delivery was refused. I contacted DPD again and they said there is nothing they can do now, as the packages are being sent back to sky now and I must contact you. I need these phones asap and I'm nowhere near getting them. Please please help.

You'll need to call sky (unless your post is escalated) to make sure they have the correct delivery address and place a new order.

I've tried calling, but can't get through to a person. They have the correct address, but they list it on the package differently, ie the address is 9 Eve Court, 70a High Street - DPD list it as Eve Court, 70A 9 High Street and this has resulted in non delivery to the correct address.

When calling you need to stay on the phone past the automated messages, when asked why your calling just say technical, you will get through. You need to be patuient and not put the phone down after a few minutes.

I have had exactly the same issue ,,, Tried telling dpd they wont listen ,, sky said its down to me to update my address with dpd ,,, dpd say sky has turned off theoption to update addresses ,,, so sky need to sort it,,, sky are appalling ,,no hub ..been delivered to some one else .. got sent a nice photo of their door open excepting my parcel,, theiving scum.. did you ever sort this out ? I know its an old thread ,,,
