    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else suffer with really bad mobile data speeds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 4g full signal 3.3mb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 5g 4bars 2.1mb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky say there isn't a issue in our area! If I go to the next town I get 200mb + on 5g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to leave sky mobile as the data is useless&amp;nbsp; it they want to change us £80 as we have a little bit of time left on our contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoken to sky about it and they won't wiave the fee as they say they don't guarantee data speeds!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's on all our handsets so we know its not a hand set issue too!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3525210"&gt;@Rachiesadler&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you get good data speeds in other locations then your local area must be in a poor reception area. As sky have advised, it's a mobile service and data/reception can't be guaranteed in all locations, &amp;nbsp;they are therefore meeting their contractual obligations so you won't be able to leave penalty free if you are still within your minimum terms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
