Can someone please help? On my sky mobile account, why does it show 2 sims?

On my sky mobile account it shows 2 sim numbers, one is my sons old number, the other is his current. It also says I'm paying for 2 sims at £6 when he only uses one? I thought I'd upgraded from his last contract...I'm unsure what's going on. I'm not very tech savvy so these things drive me crazy. Any help or advice will be much appreciated 🙏 thanks in advance 👍

@mummy25 When you upgraded did you also order a new sim? If so you wouldn't have needed to as you just needed to purchase the device. If you did order the new sim in error (which it sounds like you have) give Sky a call they may be able to cancel it for you.

Hi, thank you for your reply. That sounds about right. So all this time I've been paying for an extra sim for absolutely nothing. Surly they'd have noticed it wasn't being used? That's an absolute joke. I'm going to contact them and I doubt I'll be renewing with sky again. They've had more than enough money out of me over the last 10 years. Thank you for your help.
