Cannot receive incoming calls while I am on holiday in Cape Town

Hi I am on holiday in Cape Town SA cannot receive any incoming calls and when my no is dialled from the uk the voicemail says my no doesn't exist ! It had been 8 days now and still hasn't been rectified!!!

Morning @bernway1 @and welcome to the Community forums. When you say it still hasn't been rectified have you already reported this to Sky? If so what have they said?

Yes ! I have contacted them more than 8 times and sent an complaint email absolutely useless! I cannot even make calls now

They haven't replied to my email the only way I can make and receive calls is using WhatsApp

@bernway1 Sky don't use email as a normal contact method unless you are registered with the Accessibility Team. Not sure what email you have used....
