To cancel the broadband you need to call Sky for free on the 150 phone number and give them 14 days notice to cancel it. You could also arrange the move for Sky Q at the same time.

Hi all, I am moving in with my partner in 7 weeks time and want to move my SKY Q subscription. However, she has just signed up to full fibre with Eero and therefore I don't need the broadband part of my package. How do I go about moving home but not the broadband? Everything I can find wants you to move it all over, thanks.
