I have been trying to claim switching credit now since 22nd Feb (not late) but keep getting excuse after excuse yet all info required has been sent and confirmed on telephone that it is all there and correct . Yet still no payment is forth coming. It is for £63.00. They advertise the credit is payable but yet are not paying it.. I have phoned approx 10 times always told I will look into this personally and get it paid to you. STILL WAITING>>

To confirm that the bill you sent clearly showed your early termination charge from your previous supplier ?

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I have recently spoken to Sky and they have assured that the money will be in my bank account by Friday. This has been promisedf before so just keeping an eye out in my account and hopefully this will be done this time. If not then phone call #12 to Sky.

Finally Switching credit paid but it was a long journey.
