Mines down as well.

However what is not helpful is if go on sky's service checker it tells me all is good! Surely If a know issue it should be on there. Many customers won't be forum users.

@Craig+pem I checked the service checker and my area was fine too even thought there is a message from the 12th saying they were having problems 😕 which you thought would be fixed by now

my partners phones network went down when she returned home from work and only came back up about 3 hours later
