When trying to use mobile data on mobiles it comes up could not activate mobile data network pop authentication failure

tries online suggestions of resending network settings but no resolution

Im having the exact same issue! PDP authentication failure - I have reset all network settings and put phone on flight mode with no avail.

I'm having the same issue - maybe there is an issue this morning as it seems we've all only jsut started having the issue?

Thing is i cant even get through to ask whats going on, and im at work 😞 be nice to have an update on the SKY website saying they are aware of the issue and trying to resolve it - hopefully its fixed soon guys!

Another pdp authentication failure for me this morning with Sky. No resolution has worked. Help!

Got same issue here. was running on 5G central glasgow then dropped to 4g then 3g now currently absolutley nothing....

had same error with PDP autentication

What news on this oh great mobile data provider?

I'm having the same issue, but ony on 1 out of 3 sky mobiles, and all the settings are the same on all 3 phones.
