My BT Sports has gone up to £26.95 with BT which is just too much - I have tried to find out the cost on Sky but am failing miserably, if I try the upgrade online it takes me to the Sky Sports option but I already have that,I can't find a way to upgrade to BT Sports anywhere or the cost without calling.... can't see online chat either 🤷‍♀️ can anyone help please?

@CrankyGamingMatt Try the mysky app, otherwise you will need to call, you can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Thanks I have tried that a few times and it only shows Sky Sports when I sign in, nothing about BT sport

Thanks looks like I will have to call, I like the live chat but doesn't seem available, I don't suppose you know the cost of BT sport on Sky?

@CrankyGamingMatt Full list price on sky is currently the same £27 and I believe it's increasing to £28 from this coming Friday unless you agree a minimum term for a lower price

edit looks like it's only available on a 31 day rolling contract and that's on Q so you may struggle to get any discount
