If you’ve still got your proof of posting there should be no problem. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of subsequent non return fees will be at Skys discretion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To hopefully get this resolved I’ve escalated your post to Sky and they may get in touch with you later about this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble on the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have &lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss this opportunity. Please make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've sent my equipment to sky around 2/3 weeks ago with the post office and been given proof of postage , I've now reviewed an email stating that they are charging me for my non returned equipment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has gone back? Please can someone help I will not be paying the fee&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
