&lt;P&gt;To get this looked into&amp;nbsp;I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my bill was due on the 14th of this month instead of waiting for the payment to come out of my bank I paid the money to my sky account t on the 12th I called as they still took the direct debit payment and I didn't know what was going on . Anyway they said if I'd had done it before 3 days before the due date it would have come out from the money I put into the sky account .they said I'd get a refund of the payment I put into my sky account on the 14th they said it would be refunded within 5 working days it's now the 24th and I've had no refund the money wasn't taken from my sky account t for my bill either as they have just tried taking the payment from my bank account again. But there's no money in there as they haven't refunded me the payment I made to the sky account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To hopefully get this resolved I’ve escalated your post to Sky again and they may get in touch with you later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble on the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have &lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss this opportunity. Please make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts.
