      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently with an alternative and better provider for Broadband &amp;amp; Landline Services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still a SKY TV customer [since 21 years and this might change if I do not get an acceptable reply ]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for previous or old billing information however Sky has deleted the unique UAN Numbers was i was with Sky Broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rang Sky yet again to try and retrieve this UAN number but have waited for an hour !!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky please provide me with the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UAN for landline&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UAN for Broadband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PO Number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending all the same.&amp;nbsp; SKY is done. Service is bad and they are holding the UAN hostage.&amp;nbsp; The one on the bill is useless and doesnt work for transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;21 years a customer - im outta here never to return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called and was hung up on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened a ticket - and was never answered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now the forum advice is tough - yeah thats sky customer service all right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
