I am currently with an alternative and better provider for Broadband & Landline Services.

I am still a SKY TV customer [since 21 years and this might change if I do not get an acceptable reply ]

I am looking for previous or old billing information however Sky has deleted the unique UAN Numbers was i was with Sky Broadband.

I have rang Sky yet again to try and retrieve this UAN number but have waited for an hour !!!

Sky please provide me with the following:

UAN for landline

UAN for Broadband

PO Number

@Tom+McConnell You are not talking to Sky Customer services, no on on the forum can provide you with any of the info you want. You will need to persist by calling.

i will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending all the same. SKY is done. Service is bad and they are holding the UAN hostage. The one on the bill is useless and doesnt work for transfer.

21 years a customer - im outta here never to return.

I called and was hung up on.

I opened a ticket - and was never answered.

Now the forum advice is tough - yeah thats sky customer service all right.

the forum is customers trying to help you and for your request they can not as that info is only available via sky customer service

I have just submitted a change of service to EIR. and i HATE Eir. But if it gets me my UAN number and away from SKY.

well this forum is not lead by Sky Customer Services its a forum of customers helping each other out like a lot of other people have stated.

yes the sky team could look in from time to time but it is CUSTOMER lead
