I'm confused about the billing, £69 has come out my bank today for TV and broadband but it says on the app that my bill is £24? Why have they taken so much out as now I can't afford to pay other bills

Are you a new customer? Your first couple of Sky bills might be higher than you expected due to the date period they cover. Also, you pay a month in advance and your service(s) might get switched on at different times. Check your future bills to see if they match up to the amount you are expecting. To get this looked into @Courtneyjp I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
