Hey i got an email on a fauled debit payment byt when i go check my billing i only get this and I have no luck with your sky Team when i call

Do you have a better number for them because when i call i don't get much? I call no answers

Sure - you can find the number to call via the 'need more help' dropdown at the bottom of this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home

There are scam emails of this type during the rounds so it would be worth you checking your bank account (or card, if you pay by card) to see whether your payment did actually fail.

Are you sure this email was from Sky as there are a lot of scam ones doing the rounds, the way to tell is if this emails includes a link in it that says it is to your account this would be a scam email as that link would be designed to get hold of your details.
