    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quick query on my latest bill which has increased by €10 - think it has to do with Netflix subscription which was (if I am correct possibly free for first 3 months of subscription to Sky) - how do I go about cancelling this (if I can!) other than ringing and on the phone all day!!! Haven't time.... any help appreciated. and thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
