      <description>&lt;P&gt;good morning&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email regarding missed payment on my sim contract last month, the email says if I don't respond within 5/01/22 it will resolved for to get disconnected. If you are sure this is a genuine request then you will need to find a way to make your payment or your services will be restricted. Sky normally try to take your payment then if the funds aren't there they try again 10 days later before restricting services. If you log into your account there should be a way there to pay your bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The chances are this email might have not been from Sky, there are two ways to tell. Firstly does this email have a link in it that says will take you to your online account because if it does it is probably going to a scammers website. Secondly have a view of your online bill to see if this bill was actually paid:&lt;/P&gt;
