putting my sons mobile into his own name

hi i have my two sons' mobiles on one avccount with sky and i want to put one of them into his name so he can be responsible for paying his own bill , he is 18 and has his own bank account and has regular monthly income from a part time job which is paid into the bank account

@Lameretta I'm afraid you can't transfer mobiles or sims to another account. The mobile will need to be left on your account.

Hi @Lameretta as @GD1 has said this can't easily be done. The only way to do it would be to port that number to another network on PAYG, that would cancel it from your account (can only be done if outside the minimum term and the device is paid off) then he would need to set up a new account, with a new sky sim and number, he could then port his number back to the new sky sim. This is assuming he still wants to stay with sky.
