Nokia 925 problems

I have had to use my Nokia Lumia 925 as i dropped my iphone😭.

I've put my sim in and its working for calls and texts but i cant get the mms service working plus i am having problems accessing the internet and store page. If anyone could help i would be so gratefull.

You should be able to get the settings sent to your phone.

Hi sorry to be a pain.

I have gone down the page and selected show all devices but no matter what i do all i get is a blank page with select model at the top of the page.

Is there anything you could suggest please.
