      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I ordered my son this tablet for Christmas, the sim was activated in October. All turned off and put in the box, he opened it Christmas Day, since then the tablet is getting calls from strange numbers. Texts from someone's bank telling them who their supposed to pay, how much and that they haven't paid £1000+ etc. my son is 7, autistic and does not know how to do anything except use YouTube kids and play games. &amp;nbsp;I can't quite figure out how to block numbers from calling/texting. We don't know who these people are, they're looking for the same people constantly. Surely this is something that shouldn't be happening on a new sim? I get that numbers are reused etc, however it's proving to be a bit of an annoyance! Any advice please because I'm useless with technology and this is giving me brain ache! Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All mobile numbers from all companies get reused so when someone cancels a number it goes back in the system then at a later time somebody like your son will be reissued with it so speaking to Sky to order a new one with a new number will be the only way to stop this from happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
