Can't download Sky channels on demand

I can't d/ load Sky channels on demand IE Sky Atlantic, One etc. All non Sky channels are fine on Demand. Subscription covers these channels and worked til a week ago. Broadband is fine, rebooted box, anyone have any ideas. Thanks

It's a recent problem. Try changing DNS server in your Sky box settings. My fellow Oracle @Annie+UK' FAQ, question 30 explains:https://annieuk.ddns.net/sky-faq.php?t=2&dark=1

hi i think it may have been an outside problem as 2 have now come in. way down on usual dozens

i normally have, fingers crossed for tommorrow when australia wakes up.

I am not able to download on demand from any sky content channels .... Atlantic is the min one

my BB provider is EE

I don't understand what you mean by change DNS server.

why do I pay Sky for services they are failing to provide?

I'm on Sky+HD and have had this problem on and off for months. I tried the fix (manually setting DNS to 8.8.8.8) using the method linked to on annieuk's site, and it seems to have fixed it,
