Only 1 Magic eye not working with remote control

Have been using for a long time no problem a LABGEAR 4 WAY LTE AERIAL AMPLIFER LDL204R but now a fault on only 1 eye, Have swapped around the 4 out-puts from the LDL204R and no diffrence, Have tried another eye still no joy, Have noticed when you try and use it the led on the led to the eye does pulse when any sky hand controller button is pushed, so is getting volts, also this is the longest run in the bunaglow and picture quality is not 100% and does have very slight grain effect. Is there anything on the market I can put in-line on just this 1 feed to improve ? as I think that could be the problem. Any suggestion welcome.. Thanks

You mean it's no longer controlling your Sky box?

You've ruled out an issue with the Labgear by swapping to a different output port. So that leaves a faulty magic eye (you could swap it with one of the others to check) or a cabling issue. The weaker picture on that particular TV would reinforce the likelihood of a cabling problem. It's more likely to be a problem with the connectors at either or both ends of the cable than the cable itself, so I'd remove and refit them after cutting back the cable by an inch or so.
