    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have No Signal on my Sky+ box for over a week now, and no access to the planner or downloaded shows- nothing. ( Since Storm Barra) I cannot get through to the Sky helpline at all, so this problem has not even been logged yet. I arranged for a Sky Q box to be fitted in the New Year as a Sales guy was the only person from Sky I could make contact with, However in the meantime I am paying the Sky Bill which includes Sky Sports and Cinema, so is very pricey. Will Sky refund the fees for the period&amp;nbsp; have had no service?&amp;nbsp; The Sky Q box won't be installed until January 2022. I have been a customer of Sky for over 15 years, and I am posting this as a means to log the fault. I don't know how else to log it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
