We originally cancelled after realizing we were paying for the on demand services and never reviewing them and the costs were going up again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I think what has happened is when you changed from Sky+ to Sky Q the card in the Sky+ box would have been cancelled as you can't have the two on your account which is why it is not working now so you would need to call Sky and explain this to them as they might need to issue you with a new viewing card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
