On demand keeps failing

Sky plus on demand constantly getting failed download. Sometimes technical error somerimes item unavailable. Box reset, router reset. I see some other people have similar issue but nonword from sky? Im pretty sure its their end.

You could try using a different DNS servers in the boxes network settings

1.0.0.3

1.1.1.3

Just tried again and its dine. However for last few days isbvery intermittent. I really assume sky have server issues (since the recent storm?) But if they at least acknowledged the issue i could stop wrestling with my kit and wait for a fix

IIRC you need to setup a manual IP address and the DNS options are provided there

If you are a BT Broadband customer then Sky are investigaing this as there have been a number of other people reporting the same issues as you.

Issue continues. Is up and down but tonight keep getting failed downloads again
